Remember all the Red Bull Racing excitement that happened in Austin, Texas last month? Well here is the final product released from Red Bull earlier today.

In case you need a refresher of the roller coaster journey to get to that final product, let me recap:

Saturday, July 30: Keen F1 watchers pick up on David Coulthard's planned holiday to Texas. We start getting excited and I start stalking City of Austin public permit filings.

Happy Dance!Friday, August 12: We read too much into a Fox Sports promo permit application, thinking it's a clever disguise.

Sunday, August 14: No disguise attempted; Sunday night I discover a filing for an "F1 Comes to Austin" filming permit. <Insert Happy Dance!>

Monday, August 15: Speculation builds as fans see some awesome shots of Austin's famed Congress Avenue, a possible backdrop for a street demo.

Tuesday, August 16: We map out the street closures for a filming permit just north of the Texas State Capitol and give viewers a first-hand look of the lay of the land in an attempted location scout video.

No Street Demo!?Thursday, August 18: A full-on Red Bull F1 Racing Show Car demonstration is off the table. However, it is confirmed that the car will be in Central Texas, first arriving at the Austin Infiniti Dealer that afternoon. To the surprise of the Red Bull Show Car team, many Austinites rush to the dealership to greet them!

Saturday, August 20: Although the street demonstration is impossible to pull off, we wake up to the sounds of what can only be a live Formula One car just blocks away. We barely throw on flip flops and rush out the door to see if it's true: the Red Bull F1 Running Show Car is filming on a closed set near the Texas State Capitol. Although it is a closed set, fans are permitted to stand behind barricades and watch the filming.

Here's our Red Bull Recap with pictures and video. Hope you enjoy!

Thanks to our awesome amigo and USF2000 driver Rodrigo Sanchez, David shared his Austin experience with us...and checks out my...shirt. Thanks, David, for telling F1 fans around the world to COME AND RACE IT™!

The public was welcome to visit and photograph the Red Bull Racing Show Car on display at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum after the closed set filming. We decided earlier in the week that if everyone was coming downtown for the RBR events, why not meet each other!? The lovely folks at Doc's Motorworks on South Congress host our first event! We are AMAZED by the great turnout and fun times!! (Thank y'all again for coming out!)

Even later that day (Yes, still Saturday), the folks at Red Bull put on a pretty sweet party at the W Austin Hotel and Residences, complete with the Red Bull Racing F1 Show Car out on display. We'll have to dig up those pictures for you...

Sunday, August 21: The die-hard F1 fans in the know mosey on out to Circuit of the Americas where The Red Bull Racing Show Car team enjoying their first ever breakfast tacos - which we heard they fancied.there is even more filming taking place as the sun comes up. The RBR F1 Running Show Car officially sets the fastest lap at COTA. Check out this awesome in-depth interview with David Coulthard and Tavo Hellmund from F1 Fanatic. Wow! Hope everyone had plenty of breakfast tacos for that early Sunday morning.

And then we slept. Not really; then we helped welcome the SENNA movie back to Austin, and got together with our awesome fans and friends for the first Austin Grand Prix downtown watch party, but that's another story...

To make things all nice and full circle, with a few hairpins in there, of course, we're inviting you to join us and other F1 fans this Sunday at Six Lounge in downtown Austin. We'll watch the only night race of the F1 season - The SingTel Singapore Grand Prix. There are rumors that a popular company might be on hand to give you wings.

Get more details on Sunday's Watch Party and RSVP via the Facebook Event Invite here. If you're not on Facebook, just send us a message.

Hope to see all y'all on Sunday at Six Lounge at 1:30pm!
